1. Filter change
Frequency: Monthly
Benefits:

Process:
- Turn off the air conditioning and disconnect it from the electrical current.
- Remove the old filter and clean it (if reusable) or replace it with a new one.
- Clean the grille and access panel. – Install the clean or new filter and ensure that it is correctly positioned.
- Turn on the system and verify its operation.
2. Drain Cleaning
Frequency: Monthly

- Prevents blockages and water leaks.
- Reduces the formation of mold and bacteria.
- Keeps the system running smoothly.
Process:
- Turn off the air conditioning and disconnect it from the electrical current.
- Locate the drain tube and use a wet/dry vacuum to suck out any obstructions.
- Pour a cleaning solution (water and vinegar) into the drain pipe using a funnel.
- Check that water flows freely from the drain pipe to the outside.
3. Inspection and General Cleaning
